To use Boston Conversations, you need to configure Firebase:

Create a Firebase project at console.firebase.google.com
Enable Firestore Database
Enable Email/Password Authentication
Create an admin user in Authentication
Add admin to users collection with role: "admin"
Update firebaseConfig in app.js with your credentials
Set Firestore Security Rules (see console log)

Check browser console for detailed instructions.
